29 A SONG OF GOD’S SERVANTS Congrega omnes
Refrain:	Hear the prayers of your servants,* those you have named as your own.
1	Gather all the tribes of Jacob;* give them their inheritance,    as at the beginning.
2	Have mercy on the people called by your name, O God,* on those you have named as your first-born.
3	Have pity on the city of your sanctuary,* Jerusalem, the place of your dwelling.
4	Fill it with your majesty,* and your people with your glory.
5	Bear witness to those you created in the beginning* and fulfil the prophecies spoken in your name.
6	Reward those who wait for you* and let your prophets be found worthy of trust.
7	Hear the prayers of your servants,* that all who are on the earth will know    that you are the God of the ages.
